Corporate Identity Your corporate identity is critical to the success of your business. If a customer identifies with your brand, and remembers your company, they will keep coming back. To succeed, your brand must be:

  1. Memorable and Easy to identify
  2. Representative of your organization
  3. Easily reproducible in any medium

To help your company succeed, InDepth Marketing has a well-defined process to help you build your identity. We will tailor our services to fit your needs and your budget. Whether you need a simple logo, or a complete brand overhaul, we can help you succeed!

The Creation of an Identity

The first step in building an identity is understanding what a company represents. Then, and only then, can the identity be built. Once this is understood, we brainstorm on different ideas and options for your new identity. After we agree on the key components, we build several different concepts for your review. After that review, we build the final brand components and assemble a brand guide book, then help you to implement that brand in your business. The process can take a few days, or last for several weeks or months, depending on the complexity and on your needs and demands.

Origins of Branding: Branding originated in ancient times with farmers needing to be able to be able to identify their livestock. Originally, farmers would cut notches in the ears of their cattle or sheep in specific patterns to uniquely identify them. More recently, they use a hot metal brand to place their mark. Meanwhile, craftsmen and tradesworkers would cut illustrations or markings in their work to "brand" it as their own. These ancient traditions have grown into the complex world of corporate branding we now know today.
